Exciting news! Next month I’m going to be launching a series of wellness workshops all done online to further your education on nutrition and mental wellbeing. Every Monday at 6pm I will be going live to teach you how to support your mental wellbeing through nutrition. There will be three workshops in total and each week I will cover the following:

Workshop 1: Mental wellbeing – Master your inner voice and stop the negative thoughts

Workshop 2: Food and Mood – Foods that make you happy and foods that make you sad

Workshop 3: Burnout’s a B*tch – Avoid burnout, eat for energy and manage stress.

Each session will be presented via zoom and last 45 minutes. Every attendee will get a link to the recording so you can watch in your own time. PLUS you will get a 10-day meal plan to download which tells you everything you need to eat including meal and snack ideas plus all the recipes. AND at the end of each session, we will break into a Q and A session to ask me any personal health questions you have.
