At the end of the course you will be able to ask me any questions you have plus each attendee will get a copy of my brand new 21 day energy meal plan which includes everything you need to eat Mon-Sun including all the recipes and shopping lists.
Each session will last an hour and will be an interactive workshop via zoom. I will send you the link to join in. If you can;t attend one of the sessions then don’t worry, each class will be recorded and uploaded on to my youtube channel so you can play it back in your own time.
