This three part series is a beginners guide to nutrition. Each week I will be going live via zoom to teach you the nutrition basics. Starting next Wednesday 28th October at 6pm.

At the end of the course you will be able to ask me any questions you have plus each attendee will get a copy of my brand new 21 day energy meal plan which includes everything you need to eat Mon-Sun including all the recipes and shopping lists.


Each session will last an hour and will be an interactive workshop via zoom. I will send you the link to join in. If you can;t attend one of the sessions then don’t worry, each class will be recorded and uploaded on to my youtube channel so you can play it back in your own time.
