Berry Bliss Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries

  • 1 cup desiccated coconut

  • 1 cup traditional oats

  • 1 scoop of @innosupps berry protein powder

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 3 dates

Instructions

Add all ingredients to a food processor and pulse until the mixture is well combined.

Roll tablespoon sized portions of the mixture in your hands.  Store in the freezer.
