Ingredients

2 cups of ground almonds

2 cups of desiccated coconut

2 scoops of vegan protein powder

2 tbsp of beetroot powder

2 tbsp freeze-dried raspberry powder

1.5 cups of honey

Method

Mix all the dry ingredients into a food processor and mix. Add in the honey whilst the machine is on and blend until it forms a dough-like mixture.

Pour the mixture into a square cake tin and press as flat as possible. Pop into the freezer for 3o mins. Then cut into bite-sized bars.
